Estate agents admin charges

We don't overcharge our tenants ......
From experience the dreaded admin charge is the most varied fee in the lettings industry, from a reasonable price to just damn right silly (greedy), the biggest enquiry we get is tenants asking "how much are the hidden charges for example admin fee", times are hard within the industry but certain fees have started to increase with agents, this been one of them, lets be honest it's there to cover the fees we get charged as an agent for credit checks, referencing etc and a few hours work in producing a "new tenant"  file but that's it, does that really warrant some of the fees agents charge, well, NO it does not, there are so many tenants wanting to deal with us and everyday our waiting list gets greater, WHY, because we are reasonable and are here to change some of the greed in this industry, some may call it crazy and just a marketing ploy but the reality is would'nt it be nice to deal with an agent that is not that interested in taking as much money off you and instead wanting to give a service that no one else can beat, this is why we only charge £99.00 to process your application and we are the only one in the area that gives some kind of refund, 50% actually, so call today and tell your friends, there is only one agent that is making a difference and that agent is pinkappleportfolio, the agent that goes that extra mile for their tenants without the prestige prices.
